It is a mutual thing here......I mean really am I going to scam you so it makes it impossible to sell the remaining shares?

Also to anyone buying those shares make sure Block gets notice otherwise they will not be in your name. Yes I was aware Block needed to be notified.......I do not have a problem with that I only want what I paid

When you buy in to a bond/IPO you are sending isk to someone you have investigate and have decided to trust for what ever reason. Selling the shares though it not like anyone really knows you so why should they just send you the ISK? Shar has billion in ISK that other people have invest in him and has show that he will not abscond with the ISK. So the risk involved sending him the shares first is much much lower then sending you the ISK and waiting for the shares. He didn't earn his trust just though posting in the MD forum, but hey it your right to sell the shares anyway you want to. His reputation on the boards in game I think has a higher value then the billion ISK involved in this transaction, where as I am not sure you have a reputation to worry about yet. I just know that I would be a bit more leery after you making a deal out of sending the shares first to someone like Shar vs say me. I understand the reasoning behind it Fact is I am trying to make a positive name here as well I have several billion isk.......not as much as Shar I am sure but really why should it matter. The fact is someone is going to do a transaction.......they will get the shares and then be able to say Randy held up his end of the deal as well Any of it is a little leap of faith....put some in me....I won't let you down
